It is with a heavy heart that we announce that due to financial constraints we are unable to publish Issue 05 of Fiera.
We have done a lot of research to find an equivalent magazine to send to our subscribers, who will all be receiving Modern Design Review in lieu of their Fiera subscription. Modern Design Review offers a considered and curated insight into modern design: original and creative storytelling, plus plenty of contributions from talented photographers, writers and designers. We highly recommend you check it out if you find a Fiera-shaped hole in your life.
The team are all going on to work on exciting new ventures – creative director Creative director Jeremy Leslie’s magCulture continues to go from strength to strength across shop, studio, online journal and events. Commercial director Rebecca Harkness has launched Design Relations – a sales and branding agency for the design industry. And alongside writing for the likes of the Guardian and Elle Decoration, Editor Katie Treggiden‘s third book Urban Potters: Makers in the City is out this autumn, when she will also be starting a Masters in the History of Design at the University of Oxford.
In good news, Fiera back issues are on sale at half their original price while stocks last, and we even managed to dig out a few boxes of previously sold-out Issue 01s and Issue 03s, so get in quick before they all get snapped up!
Once again, thank you for your support. We’re incredibly proud of everything we have achieved with Fiera – not just the four issues of the magazine, but also the Fiera Briefing event series and the Fiera Edit exhibitions – none of which would have been possible without you. Thank you.
